Donald is an Agricultural Engineer with more than 34 years of experience working for the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, where he has dedicated his career to supporting and developing the agricultural sector. His extensive knowledge, passion for farming, and commitment to sustainable agricultural practices have been instrumental in shaping La Gran Vista into the welcoming and productive farm it is today.

Alongside Donald, Xinia plays a vital role in the daily operation of the farm. Known for her exceptional cooking skills and warm hospitality, she ensures that every visitor enjoys an authentic and memorable experience. When Donald is away attending his professional responsibilities, Xinia carefully manages the farm, overseeing its operations with dedication and attention to detail.
